Drop-Off Dinner Buffet Catering Menu

This menu is perfect for a casual crowd where dinner is expected.  I can drop your dinner off for you, or stay to help serve and clean up.

Delivery fee applicable, based on distance.  Service available by request, for a fee.

The basic fee is $20 per person. (Minimum order is for 12 people.) This includes one or two entrée choices, and two sides. You may add a third entrée for an additional $2 per person. Add a third side for an additional $1 per person. 

Salad and rolls are included with all orders at no additional charge.

  • Baked Chicken with Herb-Wine Gravy
  • Tarragon-Orange Chicken
  • Breaded Chicken Roulettes stuffed with Spinach, Feta, Roasted Peppers
  • Marsala Chicken with Mushrooms
  • Artichoke Chicken Stew
  • Grilled Chile-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
  • Tuscan-Style Grilled Pork Tenderloin
  • Cajun-Style Pork or Chicken Jambalaya (pleasantly spicy)
  • Rosemary-Garlic Salmon (add $3 per person)
  • Tilapia Piccata
  • Cajun Pasta Primavera (Grilled Chicken, Andouille, Spring veggies, in a Cream Sauce, pleasantly spicy)
  • Beef Tenderloin Roast (add $7 per person)

  • Garlic-Herb Mashed Potatoes (from scratch)
  • Rice Pilaf
  • Buttered Fingerling Potatoes
  • Penne Pasta with Garlic-Butter Sauce (hot)
